Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused technical support professional to assist customers with vacuum solutions. You will understand requirements and recommend equipment, coordinate installations, and ensure timely delivery.

This role involves collaboration with sales, suppliers, and internal teams across Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines, providing on-site and remote troubleshooting, training, and follow-up to ensure projects meet specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable vacuum solutions and equipment.
• Support the Sales team with quotations, proposals, technical clarifications, and customer follow-ups.
• Design and coordinate vacuum systems , including selecting components and overseeing fabrication, assembly, testing, and commissioning.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and according to specifications.
• Provide technical support and training across Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines, including customer system operations and troubleshooting.
