• Knowledge in motion control, electronics, programming, CAD/2D drawings, and QA/testing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to customers, including product implementation and technical enquiries.
• Perform product testing, verification, and qualification to ensure functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware, software, and application-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test records, reports, and other engineering documents.
• Support general engineering administrative activities, including purchasing of laboratory equipment and related ERP processes.
• Prepare and update 2D/CAD drawings as required.
• Work closely with internal engineering teams to support product development and resolve technical issues.
