Job summary

DISCO HI-TEC (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an engineering support professional to optimize customer applications and conduct in-house test cuts. You will coordinate with Japan-based engineers and provide on-site technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor environments.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel) and technical literacy.

Job Responsibilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with Dicer, Grinder, or Laser technologies


• Strong technical understanding of blades, wheels, and laser support


• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or other engineering disciplines


• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry


• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel


• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed


• Proactive attitude with strong people and team orientation
