Job summary

LKH PRECICON PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically skilled engineer to drive solution design and deployment in collaboration with customers in Singapore.

You will work across technical solutions, product development, and customer engagement, delivering demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful implementations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant engineering field, PLC programming knowledge, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to contribute to business

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose technical solutions tailored to customer requirements to address operational challenges
• Conduct feasibility studies and application assessments to validate solution viability
• Provide technical consultation and ongoing support to customers and internal teams for effective solution deployment
• Deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations to secure project opportunities and build customer confidence
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate and engage customers
• Support sales teams by providing technical materials and application expertise to enhance sales effectiveness
• Contribute to business growth by fostering strong customer relationships
• Conduct product and system training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders to build technical competence
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across teams to enhance collective expertise

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Solutions & Application Engineering

• Develop and propose technical solutions tailored to customer requirements to address operational challenges
• Conduct feasibility studies and application assessments to validate solution viability
• Provide technical consultation and ongoing support to customers and internal teams for effective solution deployment
• Deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations to secure project opportunities and build customer confidence

Product Development & Technical Support

• Perform product testing and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain product reliability
• Investigate technical problems and conduct root cause analysis to identify corrective actions
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve product performance
• Support warranty claims and product quality investigations to uphold customer satisfaction
• Provide technical feedback to manufacturers and principals to influence product improvements

Customer Engagement

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate and engage customers
• Support sales teams by providing technical materials and application expertise to enhance sales effectiveness
• Contribute to business growth by fostering strong customer relationships

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct product and system training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders to build technical competence
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across teams to enhance collective expertise

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.

Technical and Task-Related Skills Competencies

• Knowledge of industrial control systems, automation technologies, and circuit analysis to support solution design
• Understanding of PLC programming and industrial communication systems for system integration
• Experience in system integration, troubleshooting and testing.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements to develop effective solutions
• Programming knowledge in IEC61131 standards (LD, ST, FB, SFC) to enhance automation programming capabilities
• Technical presentation and customer engagement skills to effectively communicate solutions
