Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a capable automation and analytics professional to identify opportunities, gather requirements and design dashboards and low-code automation solutions. You will develop Python-based tools and analyze data to support decision-making, while documenting processes and driving adoption across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of automation, workflow improvement, data analytics, business analytics, or AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries.
• Familiarity with AI/workflow platforms (Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Glean etc.).
• Experience with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept through delivery.
