Job summary

TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced automation specialist with 8–12 years in automation, RPA, and workflow development. You will leverage Power Automate, UiPath, and Blue Prism to translate business processes into scalable automation solutions.

The role requires strong scripting (Python) and experience operating in governed, regulated environments, with close collaboration across Business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Automation, RPA, Workflow Development, Power Platform, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with major automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism.
• Programming/scripting experience, preferably Python.

• Design workflows, business rules, and handle testing, deployment, and production support.

Job description

• 8- 12 years of experience in Automation, RPA, Workflow Development, Power Platform, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar automation tools.
• Programming/scripting experience, preferably Python.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions.
• Experience with workflow design, business rules, exception handling, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to work across Business and IT teams.
• Experience working in structured, governed, and regulated environments.

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services experience, especially in Wealth Management, AML/KYC, Compliance, Reporting, Reconciliation, or Back Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, data extraction, document processing, reporting automation, or BPM/workflow platforms.
• Understanding of security, data privacy, auditability, access controls, credential management, and change governance.
