Qualifications

• At least 8 years of technology experience with a proven track record in architecture leadership.
• Experience with modern patterns: microservices, serverless, event streaming, and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on foundation in software engineering, system administration, and DevOps/SRE principles.
• Familiarity with standard enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead technical committees and communicate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end platform target states, prioritizing component reusability and modern design patterns.
• Formulate high-level and low-level architecture designs, standardising integration across distributed systems.
• Evaluate trade-offs between legacy constraints and future-state engineering for scalable transitions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to oversee execution and enforce architectural best practices.
• Establish governance models balancing rapid delivery with resilience, cloud security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape end-to-end platform target states, prioritizing component reusability, modern design patterns, and operational efficiency.
• Formulate high-level and low-level architecture designs, standardising integration frameworks across distributed digital systems.
• Evaluate trade-offs between legacy application constraints and future-state engineering to ensure scalable transitions.
• Partner directly with cross-functional digital delivery, infrastructure, and engineering teams to oversee execution and enforce architectural best practices.
• Establish strict governance models balancing rapid feature delivery with critical non-negotiables: resilience, cloud security, and high availability.

Key Requirements:

• At least 8 years of overall technology experience with a proven track record in architecture leadership.
• Strong background in modern patterns: microservices, serverless, event streaming frameworks, and cloud-native solutions
