Job summary

Qualifications

• Architecture leader with 7–10 years of experience.
• Translates business strategy into technology solutions.
• Experience with cloud engineering and SRE, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern design patterns (microservices, serverless, data/AI).
• Deep end-to-end architecture understanding.
• Experience with streaming frameworks.
• Familiar with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and high-/low-level designs for systems.

Job description

Envision and develop the long-term architectural direction, with emphasis on platforms / product reusable components

Formulate the PACS Infrastructure policy, framework and design

Build future state architecture to encompass business strategy with design consideration of convergence, modernization, cost efficiency, business functionality, interpretability, cloud native design, resilience, security and future proofing.

Identify and evaluate alternative design options and trade-offs to handle both functional and non-functional requirements; Recommend designs that consider current applications & architecture, operating models as well as end target state architecture

Responsible for end to end architecture, high- & low-level designs of various systems and applications in line group strategy; Lead the preparation of detailed design specifications to form the basis for development & modification of applications; Define integration patterns

Ensure adoption and implementation of defined solutions; Provide technical expertise to enable the application design & iteration; Collaborates with other Technology & Digital teams to develop and agree system integration plans and review progress

Ensure that the collaborative nature of capabilities such as design and engineering is coupled with tight governance around non-negotiables like security, availability and performance.

Who we are looking for:

Technical Skills & work experience:

• Proven experience as an Architecture leader with overall experience between 7 - 10 years
• Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & processes & its successful translation into technology solutions
• Experience with cloud engineering, SRE (preferably Azure)
• Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
• Excellent knowledge of technical architecture and modern design patterns, including microservices, serverless functions, data and AI etc.
• Deep End-to-End Architecture understanding
• Experienced in streaming technology or frameworks
• Familiar with one or more Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF etc.)
• Good understanding of DevOps
