Job summary

The Elly Store Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a proactive Product Development & Production Specialist to manage the seasonal collection lifecycle, factory allocations, PO workflows, and end-to-end shipment logistics for apparel and accessories. You will translate design concepts into production, allocate orders to vendor partners, and track timelines through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing POs, negotiating FOB prices, and overseeing shipments, restocks, and packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years in fashion product development, production coordination, or logistics with outsourced suppliers.
• Proficient in PO generation and Excel; knowledge of import/export logistics; strong vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Factory Allocation & Vendor Management: allocate styles to manufacturing partners based on capacity and MOQs; liaison with internal designers.
• PO Management: issue, track, and reconcile POs and negotiate FOB prices to meet margins.
• Shipment & Logistics: manage shipment inquiries, freight coordination, and customs for bulk orders.
• Development Tracking & Sample Approvals: oversee Time & Action calendar and coordinate sample requests with factories.
• Packaging & Accessories Coordination: source vendors for branded packaging and align timelines.
