The Role

The Production Assistant supports the brand founders in bringing each product from concept to launch, and is the keeper of product accuracy at HFA. This role makes sure every measurement, fabric detail, SKU and listing is correct before a product goes live. You report to the brand founders and work closely with factories, Marketing, Operations and the Customer Service team. The brand founders lead product development and give final sign-off. You prepare, coordinate, record and check, so decisions are made on accurate information and nothing is launched with errors.

What You'll Do

• Support the brand founders through product development, from sampling and fittings to finalisation. Prepare measurement charts, sizing standards and specifications, record revisions, keep the founders updated and follow every agreed change through to sign-off.
• Own product accuracy: verify fabric, care and product information; maintain accurate master product data for all SKUs; track batch changes; and flag discrepancies, sample issues and launch risks early.
• Plan and direct product photoshoots and styling, working with creative partners to ensure imagery accurately represents fit, silhouette, colour and key details, and is commercially effective.
• Create and upload accurate product listings across HFA's website and marketplaces, including SKU mapping and descriptions, key selling points and imagery.
• Conduct final launch accuracy checks and ensure Marketing and Customer Service receive verified product information, launch updates and relevant post-launch data.

Your Ownership and Working Relationships

• Own the master product data sheet, SKU mapping, listing uploads and pre-launch accuracy checks. Prepare measurement charts, sizing standards and product specifications for the brand founders' sign-off.
• Flag and elevate discrepancies, sample issues and anything that puts a launch date or product accuracy at risk. You do not make final decisions on product design, pricing, product positioning, restock or discontinuation.
• Work closely with the factories on production timelines, batch changes and sample availability; with Marketing on approved listing assets and content direction; and with Customer Service on accurate sizing, fabric and care information for customer enquiries.

• Confident with spreadsheets, including Google Sheets or Excel
• Clear written communication, and willing to flag issues early
• Interest in apparel, fit and fabric

Good to Have

• 1 to 2 years in apparel production, merchandising, or e-commerce operations
• Experience with Shopify, BigSeller, or marketplace listings such as Shopee and Lazada
• Basic knowledge of garment measurement, sizing and fabric composition
