Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is partnering with a global technology services provider to recruit a Senior Program Manager. The role leads complex infrastructure programmes across APAC, coordinating Backbone, Edge and Data Centre initiatives with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will drive planning, governance and cross-functional collaboration, balancing regional and global priorities while reporting progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex programmes or large-scale projects in network infrastructure, cloud, hyperscale or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional programmes with engineering, operations and business stakeholders across regions.
• Experience with Backbone, Edge and Data Centre environments is preferred.
• Ability to influence distributed teams without direct line management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to enhance delivery is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programmes across APAC.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Backbone, Edge and Data Centre teams.
• Develop roadmaps, charters, resource plans and schedules for delivery.
• Ensure regional and global requirements are incorporated into programme delivery.
• Monitor milestones, track progress and drive accountability across streams.
• Identify risks, manage escalations and implement mitigations.
• Provide regular updates to regional and global stakeholders with executive reporting.
