Cymulate in Singapore is seeking a passionate Field Marketing Manager for APJ to drive regional field programs and partnerships that engage enterprise security leaders and generate quality pipeline. Qualifications

• 4+ years in field marketing or event operations in APJ.
• Experience with enterprise software or cybersecurity preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination across teams.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore, ASEAN and ANZ buyer dynamics.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated field marketing programs across APJ, including C-level roundtables, VIP dinners, workshops, trade shows, partner events.
• Own event logistics from budget to onsite execution and post-event workflows.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales APJ and global team to align goals and ROI.
• Coordinate with regional distributors and VARs for webinars and sponsored events.
• Execute digital components like localized landing pages, emails, and registration portals.
• Track program performance and provide data-driven insights to refine strategy.
