Zusammenfassung

The Production Engineer at Sanofi's Jurong Plant in Singapore provides technical and operational support for API manufacturing, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on production process optimization, equipment performance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, preferably API manufacturing.
Experience supporting production operations, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Experience with deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control processes is advantageous.

Aufgaben

Provide day-to-day technical and operational support for API manufacturing while ensuring compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and robustness.
Lead or support deviation investigations, RCA and CAPA for production processes and equipment.
Support process validation, technology transfer and equipment reliability initiatives.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance through HS&E and quality systems.
