Job summary

Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply is expanding its EVF project in Singapore. This Senior Manufacturing Support Engineer will provide technical SME support for upstream and downstream biological processes, assisting in CQV, DeltaV/MES workflows, and continuous improvements to ensure production reliability.

You will work on shopfloor troubleshooting, deviation/CAPA ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize process performance in a cutting-edge greenfield site in Tuas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 8+ years of relevant cGMP biopharmaceutical experience.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture desirable and continuous manufacturing advantageous.
• Familiarity with DeltaV and MES systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level technical support for upstream/downstream processes on shop floor.
• Identify root causes and lead investigations, deviations, CAPA and change controls.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and support production activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvements in reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to process risk assessments and CQV activities during project startup and routine manufacturing.
