Job summary

DSV is seeking a Director, WMS Migration to lead the planning and execution of the regional migration programme across APAC. You will coordinate with Business, Operations, and CL IT stakeholders to deliver migration waves while maintaining operational stability and delivering long-term business value.

The role requires extensive experience in WMS implementations and regional/global programme leadership, with strong executive stakeholder management and change management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale IT, supply chain, logistics, or business transformation programmes.
• Experience in WMS migration or supply chain technology programmes.
• Experience leading regional/global programmes with multiple countries and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional WMS migration roadmap planning and delivery.
• Drive governance, risk, dependencies, and align with global WMS strategy.
• Act as regional lead for WMS migration with global and local stakeholders.
