Job summary

Visa is seeking a Consulting Director – Migration Practice to lead its APAC credit card migration capability, shaping the proposition, playbooks, and guiding large, high‑risk migrations end‑to‑end across markets.

You will manage a core team and virtual project teams, partner with Visa Tech and clients, ensure regulatory and risk compliance, and deliver scalable, reusable best practices across the region.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant work experience with strong understanding of card network and issuing value chains.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Track record of leading Card migrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level migration proposition and playbooks for Asia Pacific.
• Shape proposals, RFP responses and commercial constructs for migration projects.
• Lead and troubleshoot migration design and execution with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Develop resourcing models and governance with third-party delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance with network rules, regulatory requirements and client risk frameworks.
