Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a VP Sales for IT Solutions with a focus on low-code in the APAC region. The role involves close stakeholder collaboration, strategic negotiations, and aligning business needs with technical delivery.

Expect responsibilities spanning market monitoring, deal negotiations, and P&L management for the APAC territory. The position offers an OTE package and a 5-day work week in a central office location within Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, IT or equivalent.
• Experienced with low-code application, typically in financial institutions environment.
• Proven experience managing high-value solutions, at least USD 30 million and above.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders in low-code services.
• Lead negotiations and understand business needs across departments.
• Gather information and partner with other teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor market trends within APAC and the IT solutions space.
• Oversee P&L for the assigned APAC region or territory.
