Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Project Delivery to lead and govern APAC PSB project execution. You will oversee staffing, governance, and escalation for complex power-generation projects, delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with functional leads, reporting to senior management, and driving continuous portfolio improvements in APAC. Travel to customer sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• University studies in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and execution of engineered solution business.
• At least 5 years in the relevant sector with leadership responsibility and revenue impact.
• Experience in the diesel generator industry is advantageous.
• PMI PMP or similar certification attained.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; English proficiency; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Providing execution governance per company guidelines for project management and delivery.
• Staffing project managers to PSB projects.
• First escalation point on project execution topics.
• Weekly execution status meetings with the team to monitor progress and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with functional leads to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve internal issues and manage change orders to realization.
• Lead country managers in the regional SSC; foster collaboration for PSB execution excellence.
• Prepare monthly execution status reports for senior management with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with APAC PMO on portfolio improvement initiatives.
• Organize lessons learned for APAC.
