AC&P Group (Asia) Limited is seeking a Project Manager for Asia Pacific Travel Retail to lead multi-market initiatives across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. You will manage briefings, design development, approvals, and handovers while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and regional offices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in travel retail, visual merchandising, retail fit-out, experiential marketing, or project management.
• Proven project and client management track record with clear deliverables and escalations.
• Strong written and spoken English and client-facing communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned projects from briefing to handover.
• Serve as the key client contact for design updates, progress reports and approvals.
• Translate client requirements and brand standards into practical design solutions.
• Review design deliverables for alignment with client needs and feasibility.
• Provide timely updates on progress, milestones and issues to clients.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, installations, inspections and handovers.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, quality, and resources; manage risks and changes.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
