Dentsu is seeking a Transformation Finance Manager to support the tracking of operational and financial deliverables for the Global Transformation program in Singapore. The role collaborates with the APAC Transformation Director and regional team to drive financial insight and performance.

The successful candidate will analyse budgets, forecasts, and cost drivers, providing high-quality updates and recommendations to enhance profitability across the program.

Qualifikationen

• High degree of financial modelling (Advanced Excel) experience in similar programs.
• Ability to interpret complex financial models built by others.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure absence of errors.
• Ability to articulate complex financial matters simply, identifying significant drivers.
• Relevant track record operating within large, complex global organisations, that have navigated shared service transformations.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial analysis and support for the Global Transformation program.
• Partner with APAC Transformation Director and program team for insights and decisions.
• Analyse consolidated budgets and forecasts, provide interpretation and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and margins.
• Support implementation of best practice financial planning techniques.
• Maintain and update the core financial model of the program.
