Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior operations leader for Global Credit Operations in the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications

• 15+ years of banking operations experience, including leadership in Trade Finance Operations.
• Experience leading client service, product management, project management and/or operations teams serving corporate clients and financial institutions.
• Led large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management, audit, regulatory compliance, and control frameworks.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Trade Finance fulfilment and service delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive regional strategy, operating model execution, and capacity planning for growth and compliance.
• Partner with senior operations, business and risk stakeholders to support client needs and new initiatives.
• Maintain a robust risk, control, and governance framework and lead issue remediation.
• Lead organizational effectiveness through talent development, succession planning and workforce strategy.
• Define and enhance fulfilment and servicing policies, procedures, training and standardization programs.
