Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required with 10+ years in cash operations or cash products in financial services.
• Experience leading without direct reporting lines across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of payments, treasury services, and liquidity products.

Responsibilities

• Own cash operations performance across Asia branches and ensure consistent delivery.
• Set operating model and location strategy, centralising processes where beneficial.
• Lead regional projects to improve efficiency, automation, and standardisation.
• Partner with product and client service teams to enhance product capability and client experience.
• Ensure procedures meet local and global regulatory requirements across locations.
• Drive governance, incident response, and resiliency readiness across region.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on performance and risks.
