Job summary

Avient Specialty Inks is seeking an Account Manager APAC – Screen Printing Inks for Textiles to own and grow the APAC customer portfolio. You will deliver sales and margin targets, work with distribution partners, and drive new business development across the region.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of textile screen printing, the ability to engage at all levels, and a proactive, self-starting approach with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of textile screen printing and water-based inks.
• Experience engaging with customers and building long-term relationships.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the APAC customer portfolio and deliver sales and margin objectives.
• Proactively develop new business with distribution partners and customers.
• Conduct on-site consultations and demonstrate products and techniques.
• Manage CRM records and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitable growth.
