S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD is seeking an APAC Tender Management Manager (Air & Ocean) to coordinate day-to-day tender activities and deliver accurate pricing submissions for multinational accounts across the Asia-Pacific region.

The role emphasizes end-to-end tender management, data cleansing, and bilingual communication with China gateway and regional teams. Strong Excel skills and freight pricing knowledge are essential to drive competitive regional proposals.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in Tender Management, Freight Pricing, or Sales Operations in a global 3PL or freight forwarder.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), and Express buying/selling structures.
• High proficiency in MS Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end tender activities and provide sales support across APAC.
• Synthesize localized freight inputs into a regional response template.
• Validate data integrity and ensure compliant uploads to client portals in English.
• Liaise with China gateway/network teams; align capacity updates and costs.
