Evolution Recruitment Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Governance and IAM professional for our Singapore office.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining an enterprise IT governance and controls framework across APAC, with a strong emphasis on identity and access management across systems and users. You will lead IAM strategy, oversee tooling deployment (e.g., SailPoint), ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HQ and APAC teams to standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance and control, ideally within Financial Services.
• Strong leadership and people management, with IAM and IT auditing experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Identity Access Management, especially access control management.
• Ability to identify risks in processes and develop effective control measures.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements with practical application.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the IT Governance and Control framework, policies, and processes.
• Lead IAM design and implementation for the Singapore Branch and APAC Branches.
• Ensure compliance with MAS TRMG, BNM RMIT and internal IT procedures.
• Collaborate with APAC branches to standardize IT processes and documents.
• Conduct regular compliance checks on IT controls and remediate non-compliance.
• Identify IT improvements to enhance productivity, controls, and efficiency.
• Oversee IAM tooling (e.g., SailPoint) and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Review user access matrices to ensure proper segregation of duties.
