Job summary

Genetec Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a technical trainer to deliver training to customers, partners, and internal teams from the Singapore office. You will develop training presentations, manuals, and course outlines to support knowledge transfer.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Genetec product lines and contribute to a collaborative team culture through respect, support, and inclusion across regions.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate and foster communication internally and externally.
• Proficient communication with a variety of audiences.
• Professional working level of English and local language.
• Willingness to travel within APAC region, and occasionally internationally, up to 50% of the time.
• Desire to be part of an inclusive, respectful work environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training for Genetec customers, partners, and internal teams, primarily from the Singapore office.
• Develop training presentations, manuals, and course outlines.
• Update training resources as Genetec product lines evolve and improve documentation practices.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Genetec’s product line.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through respect, support, and inclusion.
