Job summary

Flywire (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a self-motivated Technical Implementation Manager to drive integration and implementation activities that deliver value to clients and partners.

You will support APAC Sales and Relationship Management to ensure onboarding excellence and guide clients through Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go-live. Lead workshops, ensure successful execution of multiple projects, and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Korean due to APAC scope.
• 4+ years in technical support, consulting, implementation, or professional services.
• Experience with integrations and project methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience implementing and configuring software (payment software preferred).
• Familiarity with APIs or JavaScript libraries.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go-live stages for Flywire products.
• Consult on implementing Flywire platform products including APIs, Payment Checkouts and Recurring Payments.
• Lead multiple client implementation projects to ensure successful execution.
• Run workshops and client syncs as projects progress through stages.
• Provide post-implementation/Hyper-care support.
• Develop and maintain product documentation with Product teams.
• Relay client feedback to Product teams to improve the product.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with clients.
