Job summary
TENTEN Partners, a specialist search firm headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Hong Kong and Dubai, is seeking an Associate Director to lead and grow the Technology Search Practice across APAC, focusing on senior technology hiring within financial services and related sectors. - Strong market knowledge across APAC technology hiring.
- Established network of CTOs, CIOs and technology leaders in financial services.
- Proven ability to win new mandates and grow revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with senior technology and HR stakeholders.
- Lead mid-to-senior technology searches and executive searches.
- Advise clients on remuneration, market movements and competition.
- Build and mentor consultants while maintaining personal revenue targets.
