Job summary

Eye-Share Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team.

You will work with customers across APAC to implement, configure, integrate, and support our financial automation and invoicing solutions. You will gather business and technical requirements, design technical solutions, and drive deployments and adoption. This role blends technical problem solving with customer engagement and project delivery, with hybrid work options and

Qualifications

Good understanding of APIs, web services, data formats (JSON/XML), and system integrations.
Experience with databases and SQL.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as .NET, Azure, Power Platform, or related technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business and technical requirements from customers and stakeholders.
Design, configure, and customize solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes.
Develop and implement integrations between our platform and customer ERP, accounting, procurement, and other enterprise systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers across the APAC region.
Investigate integration, workflow, and system-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support customer upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and change requests.
Develop custom integrations, extensions, and automation solutions using APIs and related technologies.
Configure workflows, approval processes, business rules, and system settings.
Collaborate with product development teams to address customer requirements and product improvements.
Work closely with teams in Singapore and Norway to deliver implementation projects and customer support initiatives successfully.
Contribute to process improvements, implementation methodologies, and documentation standards.
Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
