Job summary

Cummins Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles in APAC. You will collaborate with hiring managers, provide market insights, and shape our graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programs.

You will build strategic partnerships with universities, training providers, and industry groups to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, RPO, Executive Search, or Workforce Planning
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple job families and levels
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted talent advisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across APAC
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, talent mapping, sourcing strategies, and data-driven recommendations
• Lead APAC Early Careers programs, including graduate, internship, and apprenticeship recruitment
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, training providers, industry associations, and community organisations to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Use recruitment analytics and labour market intelligence to drive continuous improvement and support workforce planning initiatives
