Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function across Singapore and Malaysia, reporting to the CEO. This role emphasizes financial control, governance, cost management, and alignment with the parent company’s reporting standards.

The CFO will partner with the CEO to drive transparency, profitability, and disciplined financial planning, while overseeing budgeting, cash flow, and project-based financial management across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred.
• 10–15 years of finance experience with senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing or project-based construction is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management and compliance with Singapore and Malaysia regulations.
• Experience leading finance teams across locations.
• Hands-on with cost control, project and factory financial management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team in Singapore and Malaysia across all core functions.
• Provide clear financial advice to support business decisions.
• Monitor profits, costs, and performance against plans.
• Collaborate with operations and projects to improve results.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Act as main finance contact with the listed parent company and present results clearly.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness; manage regulatory compliance.
