Qualifications

• 4–7 years' experience in B2B strategic events, ideally tech/SaaS/cybersecurity or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics end to end with deadlines and stakeholder communication.
• Own venues, staffing, AV, catering, signage, and spaces across multi-region events.
• Source agencies, venues, production partners and suppliers, including contracts.
• Build run-of-shows, timelines and contingency plans for concurrent events.
• Oversee invitation strategy, registration and attendee communications market by market.
• Partner with regional teams to map, plan and prioritize events against pipeline goals.
• Manage budgets, PO requests, invoices and budget tools; negotiate contracts.
