FedEx is seeking a strategic Internal Communications Advisor who operates at the intersection of business strategy, employee engagement, transformation, and storytelling.

This role functions as a trusted advisor who translates business priorities into clear communications strategies that drive alignment across a complex APAC organization, with emphasis on executive communications, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in communications, strategy, transformation or related roles.
• Consulting or internal advisory background preferred within larger organizations.
• Regional or multi-market experience across APAC or similar regions.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and translate priorities into communications strategies.
• Experience supporting leadership communications, town halls, or executive events.

• Shape the APAC internal communications agenda and strategy.
• Partner with leaders to understand business challenges and craft recommendations.
• Translate complex topics into clear, actionable messaging for employees.
