Job Summary
We’re looking for a strategic Internal Communications Advisor who operates at the intersection of business strategy, employee engagement, transformation, and storytelling.
This is more than a content delivery role. It is a trusted advisor position for someone who can translate business priorities into clear communications strategies that drive alignment, understanding, and action across a complex APAC organization.
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience in internal communications, executive communications, transformation, consulting, or strategic advisory roles. Experience that is predominantly focused on marketing, brand management, advertising, external comms or campaign delivery alone will not meet the requirements of this position.
A consulting mindset is important for this role, someone who can structure complex problems, challenge assumptions, advise senior stakeholders, and turn business needs into practical recommendations.
What You’ll Own
Shape the APAC internal communications agenda
- Develop and lead a regional communications strategy that supports business priorities and transformation.
- Partner with leaders to understand business challenges, shape communication approaches, and provide clear recommendations.
Drive clarity and alignment
- Translate complex business topics into clear, relevant, and actionable messaging for employees.
Lead narrative and positioning
- Build compelling narratives that connect business priorities and transformation to what they mean for team members.
Optimize communication channels
- Use the intranet, video, digital content, and other channels strategically to improve reach, engagement, and impact.
- Support town halls, leadership forums, and employee events that reinforce priorities and strengthen alignment.
Connect across functions and markets
- Partner across teams and geographies to ensure messaging is consistent, relevant, and well coordinated.

You will be a great fit, if you have
- 12+ years of experience and demonstrated excellence in communications, strategy, transformation, consulting, or related roles, with a proven ability to influence and drive business outcomes through communication.
- Consulting experience or strong internal advisory experience preferred, particularly in strategy, transformation, change, or organizational effectiveness.
- Regional experience working across multiple markets within a regional or global organization
- Experience advising senior leaders in complex, multinational organizations.
- Strong ability to translate business priorities into clear communication strategies and recommendations.
- Experience supporting transformation, change, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience with internal communications channels, including intranet, digital content, video, and employee engagement platforms.
- Experience supporting leadership communications, town halls, employee forums, or executive events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to improve communication effectiveness.
