Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Director, Sponsorships Commercialisation – Asia Pacific to lead end-to-end monetisation of sponsorship assets across APAC, translating global assets into revenue-generating client propositions and strengthening Visa Brand. You will drive strategy, pricing, packaging, and sell sponsorship-led marketing solutions to clients, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in marketing, sponsorships, commercialisation, or revenue-driven marketing services.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth, pipeline development, and commercial outcomes.
• 5+ years of sports sponsorship and partnership experience.
• Deep understanding of client marketing, co-marketing models, and partnership-driven growth.
• Experience working across complex, matrixed, and regional organisations with senior stakeholder influence.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate marketing investment into measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the monetisation of sponsorship assets across Asia Pacific with ROI focus.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and sales assets for sponsorship-led marketing solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Account Executives, and Client Marketing to embed sponsorships into go-to-market plans.
• Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and revenue tracking across sponsorship initiatives.
• Build and lead a sponsorships commercialisation team across Asia Pacific.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including client engagement, activation planning, on-site execution, and performance tracking.
