Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive growth and adoption of MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region. You will act as the SME, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to deliver secure network solutions for critical infrastructure sectors.

You will combine deep networking and OT expertise with business development to identify new market opportunities and influence future product strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong data networking knowledge including BGP, routing, SD-WAN.
• OT environments familiarity with ICS and industrial protocols.
• Ability to translate complex tech into business value.
• Experience leading PoC engagements and solution design.
• Proven documentation, requirements gathering, and business-case development.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall in APAC.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to design OT network architectures.
• Lead workshops, demos, and PoC engagements to validate solutions.
• Guide customers through architecture design and deployment planning.
• Identify new opportunities and provide market insights for product expansion.
• Translate customer needs into product enhancements and roadmap input.
• Develop positioning and sales enablement materials for security offerings.
• Build partnerships with vendors, integrators, and industry partners.
• Represent OPSWAT at APAC industry events and conferences.
