Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for APAC to own technical delivery from deal close to production for major banks and financial institutions. You’ll lead architecture design, integrations, and deployment on customer infrastructure while contributing to pre-sales cycles and reference architectures.

With a strong background in blockchain, cryptography, or Web3, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to solve complex challenges and drive customer success across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies, or with Banks/Financial Institutions/enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional APAC languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered.
• Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across APAC.
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
