Job summary

Elekta AB is hiring a Head of Solution – Software for the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Lead commercialization, pricing strategy, and market positioning while coordinating with the global LSS team to drive regional growth and adoption of software solutions.

You will guide localization, develop market intelligence, and enable clusters with messaging, campaigns and training. Willingness to travel up to 50% and fluent English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/University Degree/MBA or similar preferred.
• Strong oncology informatics and treatment planning knowledge.
• Knowledge of systemic therapy processes beneficial.
• Commercial and marketing experience in oncology preferred.
• Clinical oncology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Public speaking and stakeholder engagement skills.
