Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Clinical Application Trainer to deliver market-leading training across Asia Pacific for Linac, Software and Elekta products. The role combines on-site and remote sessions, ensuring high customer adoption and satisfaction.

You will manage training needs, develop curricula, and collaborate with Marketing/Sales, R&D and service teams to enhance the customer journey and support ongoing product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Elekta experience preferred.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and adult education methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and client interaction.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide market-leading, tailored training to customers and colleagues.
• Accurately assess advanced customer training needs to shape training sessions and schedules.
• Maintain administration and documentation for education credits.
• Provide professional assistance to Marketing/Sales, R&D and Elekta colleagues.
• Ensure timely handling of customer requests per contractual obligations.
• Provide Clinical Workflow planning and reviews; support installed base on-site and remotely.
• Backup centralized support as required; stay current on Elekta solutions.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support, product demonstrations, workflow analysis, and best practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Sales at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars when required.
• Build long-term relationships to drive NPS and customer satisfaction.
• Continue process improvements and ensure compliance with Elekta directives.
