Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Activation Manager, APAC to coordinate site start-up activities across the APAC region and related global interfaces. The role is hybrid, with assignment across Singapore and other regional hubs as needed.

You will drive SSU timelines, manage regulatory submissions, and ensure alignment with customer expectations while working with multiple stakeholders and project teams to deliver timely activations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with major functional areas including, but not limited to: Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts and Proposals Development, SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing.
• Identifies and evaluates issues related to Site Start-Up, regulatory pathways, patient enrollment, and data interpretation to inform decisions and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Manages site start-up deliverables from site selection through activation and lifecycle maintenance, ensuring high-quality standards and timely updates.
• Develops SSU plans in line with SOPs, maintains integrated timelines, and reports weekly progress with risk mitigation.
• Prepares submission documents and conducts regulatory impact assessments for amendments and updates.
