Worldwide Clinical Trials Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Activation Manager to lead start-up and site activation across studies, coordinating cross-functional teams globally from a Singapore-based remote role. You will drive study start-up strategies, manage essential documentation, and ensure sites are ready to enroll patients efficiently and compliantly.

The role requires 4+ years in CRO/pharma settings with strong project management, regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CRO/pharma start-up/site management experience.
• Strong understanding of trial start-up processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven project management, organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead study start-up and site activation activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve milestones on time and on budget.
• Manage essential study documentation and site activation deliverables.
• Support site qualification, selection, and feasibility activities.
• Communicate project status and risks to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans for timelines/deliverables.
• Monitor budgets and support change orders to maintain oversight.
• Establish site activation metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Contribute to SOPs, training, and business development activities.
