Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Site Activation Manager for a REMOTE role based in Singapore. You will lead start-up activities, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure timely, compliant site activation across studies and therapeutic areas.

You will collaborate with sponsors, sites and regulatory stakeholders, manage risks, track budgets, and help drive process improvements and operational excellence in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science field or equivalent education with relevant clinical research experience.
• Proven project management, organizational and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up activities, regulatory processes, and global clinical research operations.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and FDA/EU Clinical Trial Directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead study start-up and site activation activities for assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure site activation milestones are met on time, within scope and budget.
• Drive collection, tracking, analysis and management of essential study documentation and site activation deliverables.
• Partner with project teams to support site qualification, selection, feasibility and site identification activities.
• Communicate project status, risks and updates to sponsors, leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans to address challenges affecting timelines.
• Monitor budgets and support change orders to maintain financial control.
• Establish site activation metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Contribute to process improvements, SOPs, training and business development efforts.
