Fireblocks is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to strengthen the APAC GTM team. You will drive data-informed decisions, optimize sales processes, and align cross-functional partners across Marketing, Revenue Operations and Customer Operations.

The role emphasizes CRM excellence, forecasting rigor, and stakeholder-facing insights to scale go-to-market efforts in a fast-growing digital asset platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales/Revenue or Customer Success Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools; familiarity with Gong/Outreach/Clay a plus.
• Deep understanding of GTM models, sales territories and forecasting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to regional leadership through data analysis.
• Enable cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Finance and Customer Success for consistent metrics.
• Design and optimize sales processes, territories, and compensation models for growth.
• Deliver day-to-day admin support to sales teams and maintain CRM data hygiene.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance dashboards.
• Support GTM planning, territory assignments, whitespace analysis, and coverage.
