Job summary

Michael Page Singapore partners with a globally recognised healthcare technology organisation seeking an experienced FP&A leader for the APAC region. You will own regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, and translate performance data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with commercial and finance teams, build robust financial models, and deliver management reports and dashboards to drive strategic decisions and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and long-term APAC strategic planning.
• Analyse performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with commercial and finance teams to evaluate revenue drivers and profitability.
• Develop financial models for investments, pricing, and resource allocation.

Job Description

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and long-term strategic planning activities across APAC.
• Analyse business performance, identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Partner closely with commercial and finance stakeholders to evaluate revenue drivers, profitability and growth opportunities.
• Develop financial models to assess investments, pricing strategies, resource allocation and business initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, performance dashboards and executive presentations for regional leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting quality and operational efficiency.
• Leverage business intelligence and analytics tools to deliver meaningful insights and strengthen organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Advanced financial modelling and Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Experience with ERP, planning and business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Oracle Hyperion, PBCS or Power BI would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
