Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a globally recognised healthcare technology leader seeking a Regional FP&A lead to drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across APAC. You will partner with commercial and finance teams to evaluate revenue drivers, profitability and growth opportunities, building advanced financial models to inform strategic decisions.

The role demands strong Excel skills, CPA/CA/CIMA or equivalent, and experience with ERP/BI platforms such as SAP, Oracle Hyperion,

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and long-term strategic planning activities across APAC.
Analyse business performance, identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations to support management decision-making.
Partner closely with commercial and finance stakeholders to evaluate revenue drivers, profitability and growth opportunities.
Develop financial models to assess investments, pricing strategies, resource allocation and business initiatives.
Prepare management reports, performance dashboards and executive presentations for regional leadership teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting quality and operational efficiency.
Leverage business intelligence and analytics tools to deliver meaningful insights and strengthen organisational performance.
