Job summary

Securitas Group is seeking a Senior Security Operations Program Manager for APAC in Singapore. You will translate regional strategy into executable programs, manage governance forums, and drive risk assessment with leadership visibility.

You will lead a small team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and enhance security delivery across a complex, global account while working in a hybrid Singapore office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 8+ years of regional security operations or complex program leadership.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong digital capability with Microsoft Power Platform to automate workflows and deliver dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into coordinated regional execution across APAC.
• Lead Rhythm of Business engagements and monitor initiative progress.
• Design, govern, and improve security processes and operating models.
