Job summary

Securitas Group is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead the implementation of physical security systems across APAC for a global datacenter client. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, vendors, and client teams to meet standards, timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in project or construction management, and at least 3 years deploying physical security systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, security, engineering, or related field and 5+ years project/construction management experience.
• 3+ years deploying physical security systems or security engineering solutions.
• Experience in datacenters or critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of physical security technologies including access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, testing, commissioning, and deployment of physical security systems across APAC.
• Oversee multiple projects with planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
