Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate travel security or travel risk management.
• End-to-end ownership of travel security operations.
• Experience across multiple APAC subregions.
• Proven incident response and crisis support experience.
• Strong analytical skills translating intelligence into actions.
• Experience managing external providers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to brief senior leaders.
• Ability to travel ~25% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day APAC travel security operations.
• Produce risk assessments and travel advisories for leadership.
• Coordinate with analysts and providers on risks and mitigations.
• Lead responses to medical emergencies, incidents, and disasters.
• Maintain regional playbooks, training, and after-action reviews.
• Support events and executive travel with security planning.
• Monitor booking data quality and privacy in systems.
