Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support a regional sales training programme across APAC. You will coordinate activities, schedules and logistics, working closely with the HR Director, sales leaders and internal specialists.

The role offers a structured 12-month project assignment with working hours 8:30am–5:30pm; salary up to SGD 4,000 per month plus a 1 month bonus, and a non-extendable contract.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in programme coordination or training administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Willing to provide onsite coordination when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate sales training activities across the APAC region.
• Arrange programme schedules, meetings, materials and onsite logistics.
• Follow up with regional stakeholders on outstanding information and deliverables.
• Gather input from sales leaders and internal specialists for programme materials.
• Organise training guides, presentation decks and onboarding resources.
• Monitor project timelines and provide regular progress updates.
• Collect participant feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide general administrative support throughout the programme.
