Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Learning Partner for Asia Pacific. You will act as a strategic learning consultant to AP Sales and cross-functional leaders, shaping capability strategies to accelerate performance and growth.

The role emphasizes executive presence, business acumen, and leveraging AI to drive measurable impact. The position requires 8+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in sales training, leadership coaching, and organizational capability development.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.
Experience in client-facing consulting roles within Sales or Sales training/enablement is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to design learning and development solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted learning advisor to AP senior leaders and identify capability gaps.
Build relationships across a matrixed organization spanning multiple countries in Asia Pacific.
Influence stakeholders with executive presence and business acumen to align learning with business priorities.
Measure success by capability growth, behavior change, and business outcomes rather than activities.
Provide thought leadership on AI-enabled learning experiences and future workforce skills.
